What we teach

This is what we teach. It is also our credo.

  1. We believe in the verbal e plenary inspiration inspiration of the whole Bible (2 Timothy. 3:16 – 2 Peter 1.21)
  2. We believe in the existence of one only God, eternally existent in three persons : Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 4:6 – Johan 1:1,14 – Acts 5:3-4)
  3. We believe in the full Deity and contemporaneously in the full humanity of our Lord Jesus-Christ (Revelations 22:13 ; 1 Timothy 2:15), in His virginal birth (Matthew 1:23), in His sinless life (Hebrew 4:15), in His miracles (Matthew 11:5), in His vicarious death on the cross (1 Peter 2:24), in His bodily resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:3-4), in his ascension at the right hand of the Father (Acts 1:9-11), and in His personal and visible return in power and glory (Matthew 24:30-31)
  4. We believe that all men are sinners and separated from God (Romans 3:23) and that they need to be born again (John 3:3) in order to receive eternal life, confessing that Jesus is the Lord and believing with the heart that God has raised Him from the death (Romans 10:9), that all are justified on the only bases of faith in the shed blood of Christ, and that only by God’s grace through faith we are saved (Ephesians 2:8-9).
  5. We believe that all believers need to be baptized in water by immersion, in obedience to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ as a sign of their death, burial and spiritual resurrection in the new life in Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20).
  6. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, through whose presence the believer is enabled to live a godly life (Romani 8:9,13-14).
  7. We believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, as an experience in which the believer is filled with the Holy Spirit, comes to a more intimate relationship with Christ, and receives a power to testify and grow spiritually (Acts 1:8). The initial evidence of the baptism consists in speaking with other tongues, according to the utterances of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:1-4). The believers are also exhorted to seek the gifts of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 14:12)
  8. We believe the grace of God is the free gift for our justification. Such a gift puts us in harmony with 2 Corinthians 7:1, on the path of repentance, sanctification and abstention of any contamination of flesh and spirit, because of the perfection of our whole being, being transformed to the image of Christ.
  9. We believe in the power of faith in Jesus Christ which is able to work miracles, signs and wonders, recognizing however the sovereignty of god as Lord of the universe, of the times and of history (2 Corinthians 12:9).
  10. We believe in the institution, by our Lord, of the universal Church (Matthew 16:18), which is the Body and the Bride of Jesus (1 Corinthians 12:12-27 – Ephesians 1:22,23) – Revelations 19:7-9), and from which all born again believers are part.
  11. We believe in the celebration of the Lord’s Supper, as ordained by the Lord Jesus, as symbol, remembrance and proclamation of the sufferings and the death of Jesus Christ, that we need to partake until He will turn again (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).
  12. We believe in the resurrection of the saved and unsaved; the former to the resurrection of life and the later to the resurrection for condemnation (Revelations 20:4-6, 11-15).
