We’re going through an amazing time with the Holy Spirit this week. We saw yesterday that the Holy Spirit speaks through us through the Word of God, the inward voice and through His own voice. There are many reasons why He wants to speak to us. He wants to help us and guide us, but also He wants to use us to be a blessing around us. Let me tell you this. If you let the Holy Spirit speak to you, and you listen to His voice, you will become a might partner with Him.
Yes, this is what I’m saying. The Holy Spirit wants you to become a channel of blessing, he wants you to become a vessel of power that reaches out to people around you. This is what the Lord Jesus meant when he said in John 7.38:
He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.
The Holy Spirit through you gives life, restores life and destroys the work of the devil. He will use you to be a bondage-breaker. As you listen to Him and obey His voice, he will lead you to bring salvation, healing and deliverance to people you meet. You will lay hands on the sick and the sick shall recover. You will impart blessings upon people. You will cast out devils and set people free. You will speak into other people’s lives and they will be set free by the words you have spoken.
The Holy Spirit wants to use your voice to intercede for people. He wants to help you in prayer, so that you may pray according to his leading which is always in agreement with the will of God. This is what our Lord Jesus said when he said that we had to pray in this way: Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven”, what he really says is: When you pray, you bring down to earth the will of God that is in heaven.
Imagine all the blessings, the healing, the resources, the joy, the peace that is in Heaven will come to earth when you give your voice to the Holy Spirit and pray.
Oh what an amazing adventure to be partnering with the Holy Spirit. You can change the course of your life by praying with the Holy Spirit. You can change the course of your world by praying with the Holy Spirit.
Say this prayer with me today:
Lord give me information, inspiration, impartation and revelation from the Holy Spirit.
